to download this speed tweak app. First what I did was run a speed test before I applied the tweaks and what I got was .88mbps for download and .30mbps for upload which is not that bad. Then I ran the tweak and I picked the option for the max speed and I applied the tweak. After that it asked me to reboot so I did. Then I ran the speed test again and I was really surprised at the results that I got my download drop by almost a 3rd it dropped to .33mbps and my upload stayed about the same. I was really disappointed because I heard that this app really did work, but it did not work for me. I was using a sense rom at the time of this test so maybe the app doesn't work for sense roms but I dont think it should low down your speeds. If you want to try the app for yourself then go ahead.
